EC — Executive Chair Car

Executive Chair Car is the wider, quieter seating class on premium daytime trains, in a 2+2 layout instead of Chair Car’s 3+2. On Vande Bharat the executive seats rotate to face the direction of travel. Catering, where opted in, is included in the fare shown.

For cancellation EC is grouped with AC First Class and carries the same flat charge.
