Master list

Passengers saved in your IRCTC profile in advance so they can be added to a booking in one click, which is what makes a Tatkal booking fast.

The master list is a saved list of up to 20 passengers in an IRCTC account, each with name, age, gender, berth preference and ID details. During booking they are added to the form from a dropdown instead of being typed, which saves the minute that decides a Tatkal booking.

Passengers on the master list can be Aadhaar-verified individually, and a booking made only with verified passengers on a verified account counts towards the higher monthly booking limit.
